The Book: Dr. Rafael Levin and Dr. Nomaan Ashraf are fellowship trained orthopedic spine surgeons, partners at Comprehensive Spine Care (CSC). Their combined 25 years of clinical practice experience has been primarily dedicated to evaluating and treating spine injured workers.
