This book is designed for lecturer, student and other higher education stakeholder in understanding OBE in general and how to implement OBE during teaching and learning (T&L). The book is based on OBE standard by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) year 2018 that has been widely been used by higher education provider (HEP) in Malaysia. It is our hope this book will benefit to all readers in guiding and implementing OBE at their institutions.
