It is amazing to me how many new small business people start the game of business against seasoned professionals (the competition), without first developing the necessary knowledge to be successful. Its amazing, but understandable, because at one time, I was one of those people. Then they fail and blame the market, the economy, their location, their employees, etc. Thats where I was different; I took responsibility, and took steps to change the things that needed to be changed. If you have a business and have not yet managed to create wealth and systems that allow you to take time off, build retirement accounts or pay for your childrens college, then learn and master the steps outlined in my book.
