In a hospital waiting room Nicholas Garrett paces. Just a day ago his life was filled with joy and excitement as he and his wife, Hope, anticipated the birth of their twins. With hopes and dreams they restored their newly purchased dream house and plan for their future. Due to complications during delivery, Nick is suddenly separated from Hope who begins to seizure while his twins are taken to a neonatal until. Unable to understand what happened or why his wife is suddenly in a coma , Nick struggles to meet his children without the love of his life by his side. With only a few weeks before Christmas, Nick questions his beliefs and searches for answers to his past in order to prepare himself for the possibility of having to raise his twins alone.
