At the request of the Goverment of Malaysia, the Ford Foundation provided the services of a two-man team of consultants to undertake a review of public administration in Malaysia. The main objective of the study is to improve the administrative system and achieve greater efficiency and administrative leadership in the public service to meet the needs of a dynamic and rapidly developing country.
